UnToxic App ("we", "our", or "us") operates the UnToxic mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We are committed to collecting only what is necessary to provide our services:

• Photos & Screenshots: When you use features like Chat Reply, Pickup Lines, Rate My Bio, Rate My Photo, or Photo Captions, you may upload images. These images are sent to our servers solely for AI processing and are not stored after the response is generated.
• Chat Messages: Messages you send to our Dating Coach chatbot are processed in real-time to generate responses. Conversation history is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers for storage.
• Preferences: Your selected language, appearance mode, and dating goal are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to UnToxic PRO, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card number, or Apple ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your uploaded images and text through AI to generate responses (replies, pickup lines, captions, bio reviews, photo reviews, and dating advice).
• To manage your subscription status and provide access to PRO features.
• To send you optional local notifications to remind you about the app (you can disable these in iOS Settings at any time).

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI API: We use OpenAI's API to power our AI features. Images and text you submit are sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data usage policy applies to this processing. OpenAI does not use data submitted via their API to train their models. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to track subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store: All purchases are processed by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

• We do not store your uploaded images on our servers. Images are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after generating a response.
• We do not create user accounts or require login.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information.
• All data transmission between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.
• Local data (preferences, chat history) is stored on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain any user data on our servers. All AI processing is done in real-time. Your preferences and chat history are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data.

6. Children's Privacy

UnToxic is not intended for use by children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are under 17, please do not use this app.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to delete, export, or modify. You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app from your device.

8. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we send local notifications to remind you about the app. These are scheduled locally on your device and do not involve any server communication. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app under UnToxic.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
