You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is for personal dating communication support only.

What the Service Provides

UnToxic is an AI dating assistant that suggests dating app replies, improves profiles, and flags toxic messages for mobile daters. Reply suggestions, profile feedback, and red-flag alerts are informational guidance only. They are not therapy, legal advice, relationship counseling, or guaranteed safety determinations.

The Service does not guarantee better matches, accurate toxicity detection in every context, or error-free AI output. Sarcasm, cultural nuance, and incomplete screenshots can affect results.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful personal dating communication support.
• Do not use AI suggestions to impersonate someone else, deceive matches, or create a false identity.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass access limits or security controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for your own judgment, boundaries, or emergency safety resources.

Accounts, Subscriptions, and Payments

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Paid features, if offered, may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store or billing channel. Refund eligibility follows the platform or store policy that processed the purchase.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for dating outcomes, harassment, identification errors, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

If a conversation feels unsafe, contact local emergency services or trusted support resources. AI red-flag alerts are a second opinion, not a verdict.

Intellectual Property

We own or license the Service software, branding, website content, and design except for third-party trademarks and content belonging to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or republish the Service or its outputs except as allowed by law or written permission.

Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
